Working with No. 10 was more than a breath of fresh air. It was a revelation. We felt so frustrated by our previous interactions with other vendors; the process and the communication style was cumbersome, super techie and almost indecipherable at times. We felt that we had reached the end of our proverbial “rope” before connecting with Jared and Josh. We felt an immediate kinship and that they understood our organization and what we needed to achieve and it is more like working with colleagues who are right here in our office. It is a very synergistic relationship and they are incredibly smart, creative, charming and able to speak in complete sentences that make sense. One of our favorite things they said to us was “websites don’t have to be hard.” Neither do the vendor relationships. They make it easy to work smart, not hard.
